As our Inside Sales & CRM Manager, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM ecosystem, supporting the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, and ensuring high-quality customer data and reporting. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams, you will help drive our commercial processes and contribute directly to revenue growth in the global biopharma industry.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven, process-oriented professional who enjoys combining sales execution with CRM strategy and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development
- Respond to inbound inquiries from web inquiries
- Actively manage leads (inbound and events) through lead-nurturing activations in the CRM system (Hubspot) and active follow-ups
- Ensure all CRM records are maintained and managed, including all associated lists and workflows
- Conduct outbound prospecting into biopharma, CDMO’s, synthetic biology companies, and academic/industrial research groups.
- Evaluate customer needs, determine fit, and qualify opportunities.
- Streamline pre-conference activity via attendee profiling and meeting setting to maximize outcomes
Sales Process Management
- Schedule and support introductory conversations, discovery calls, and product overview sessions.
- Collaborate with the CCO and CRO to maximize pipeline development activities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support forecasting.
- Drive improvements in CRM and sales process accuracy and efficiency
Market & Product Intelligence
- Track industry trends in bioprocessing, digitalization, and AI/ML adoption.
- Relay customer feedback to product and marketing to help shape future features and messaging.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with marketing to refine campaigns and lead-nurture sequences.
- Support trade shows, virtual workshops, and scientific webinars.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or CRM management (preferably in SaaS, biotech, or pharma-related industries)
- Proven experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong understanding of B2B sales pipelines and lead management processes
- Analytical mindset with experience in sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Experience in the biopharma, biotech, or advanced technology sector is a strong advantage
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams as well as independently.
